By using Mocksheets you are considered to have accepted these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Description of Service

Mocksheets is an AI-powered catalog operations platform for Shopify stores. It lets users manage and optimize product data through natural language commands.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must not share your account with others

3. Payment and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period
• You can cancel at any time
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe / Polar

3a. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription in one of the following ways:

• Via the app: Log in → top-right profile menu → Settings → Subscription → click "Cancel Subscription".
• Via email: Send an email with subject "Subscription Cancellation" to cagncnkc@gmail.com; processed within 1 business day.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access for the remaining time.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Use for unlawful purposes
• Abuse or overloading of the service
• Unauthorized access to others' data
• Reverse engineering

5. Limitation of Liability

Mocksheets does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. We recommend verifying outputs before making critical financial decisions.

6. Changes

We may change these terms without prior notice. Changes are effective as soon as they are published on the site.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are interpreted and applied under Turkish law. Any dispute between the parties shall be under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
